Benq EH620 Windows Projector a modern, cloud-based, PC-free meeting solution to your conference room with the addition of the EH620 3400-Lumen Full HD DLP Windows Projector from BenQ. Nearly everything you need is pre-loaded in the all-in-one EH620. All you need to add is a Bluetooth or USB keyboard and mouse combo, and USB webcam for any remote participants.
Built into the EH620 is Windows 11 IoT Enterprise OS, a host of popular meeting apps, such as Skype and TeamViewer, and the Edge and Chrome browser, letting you access presentations from the cloud. Content can even be cast from mobile devices. All of this is combined with easy auto visual and audio setup and integrated security to keep your presentations safe.
All-in-One Solution
Benq EH620 Windows Projector is a cost-effective solution for your business, as nearly everything you need is provided within the projector. With built-in meeting and browser apps and the ability to cast or access presentation materials stored online, there’s no need for a laptop or external flash drive. Also, dual 5W video conferencing-optimized speakers built-in remove the need for an external sound system.
Mobile Casting
Both the presenter and local or remote meeting participants can cast content to the EH620 to be projected, allowing for a more interactive and collaborative meeting experience. The EH620 supports Miracast, AirPlay, Google Cast, and BenQ’s InstaShare.
Built-In Apps
In addition to the built-in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome web browsers, the EH620 provides various meeting apps, such as Google Meet, Skype, and TeamViewer.
Split Screen
For an even more dynamic presentation, you can split the screen into four quadrants and project different presentation materials from different sources simultaneously.
BenQ Launcher
All of the built-in apps are easily accessible via the BenQ Launcher interface, which organizes them into three sections: Wireless Projection, Conference, and File Manager.
Automatic Setup
Auto Keystone automatically corrects the shape of the projected image on your wall or screen once you turn on the projector. Then, Auto Picture and Auto Sound modes can be run to automatically optimize visual and audio settings based on the content you plan to project.
Built-In Optimized Speakers
The dual 5W speakers built into the EH620 are specially designed for video conferencing with a voice-enhanced Vocal Mode, which helps to ensure that both local and remote participants can hear everything clearly. There is also a Music Mode and Cinema Mode when using the projector for entertainment.
Enterprise-Grade Security
An Intel Celeron CPU is built-in with Intel PTT and BitLocker support for hard drive encryption, as well as WPA and AES-128 encryption for presentations streamed over Wi-Fi.
Control System Support
You can integrate the EH620 into your existing corporate infrastructure with support for popular 3rd party control systems, such as AMX, Crestron, and PJ-Link.
